Product features

The iron core uses high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet and domestic advanced horizontal cutting line. Itscutting burr is very small and piling accuracy is high. Meanwhile, it adopts declining lap, no punching,no stack on the iron yoke. It reduces the no-load loss,no-load current and noise of transformer winding.

The transformer coil adopts oxygen free copper with high purity that supplied by the supplier with strict quality control system. It reduces the loss of copper effectively. The pad edge is bevelled. So, it'll be evenly forced when pressing,which increases its reliability.

The positioning structure is firm, its body can bear the impact under each transformer condition and will not move.

During the operation of transformer, the expansion and shrinking of the transformer oil in the corrugated tank is adjusted by the corrugated slice. It will not circulate with the air. It solves the problem of aged oil affects the life of the product. It's small occupying, beautiful appearance and reduces the times of maintenance.
